Opening the Maps App Via Button with pre-set Address in Swift XCode 6

I am designing a basic app for a local business, and am trying to find a way to make a Button open up the Apple Maps App to a pre-determined Address. All of my efforts thus far have not been fruitful. What would be the easiest and most efficient way to do this?
