Real time map navigation in iphone and ipad

I want to implement real time navigation in my app (can use any API).

Progress :

1. I had call google direction API.

2. Had parse the polyline to show path on map.

3. also parse HTML direction for turns(example take left, take right etc etc)

Problem :

1. I want show one image which will show head of my device and also move as I move.

2. also want to zoom map in same way as google map do.

In short I want same navigation as Google Maps do.

Please help me out from this black hole. Really wasted my time for same.
