iTunes Connect - Build Submission

I have created new app on iTunes Connect.

I have build version and build number 1.0 for PreRelease.

After some time I need to upload final product release,

I have tried both from Application Loader and XCode, but the new build i have submitted, does not show up in iTunes Connect.

What might be the problem?
