how to make an app where one user can text me and i can answer back with phonegap? [on hold]

I am new in apps developement. Here goes: I want to make an app where people can chat with me. They download the app, he or she can talk to me and i can answer back. For now I am using phonegap because I am pretty good with html5/css and know about javascript. Could you guys point me out some direction? Thats it. Thank you.
