How to create ui like twitter homescreen in ios

I have to create UI which similar like twitter homescreen which contains one image,title,description and big image and 3 buttons for reply,retweet and fav same as twitter .But i am totally confuse which things should i use UItableview or UIScrollview which contain uiview.If i will use uitableview then how i will adjust tableview height according to all content suppose if image don't come then how to adjust tableview cell and if come then how to adjust.And How to add action for each 3 button for perticular cell. If any one have idea then please suggest or give some example how to do that.Thanks in advance.
