Apple inApp purchase Subscription - Colouring Magazine

We have a colouring magazine and plan to digitalize it.We have looking for an IOS app that using monthly subscription using apples inApp purchase. Is it possible create a magazine app that able to colouring users from their IPAD?. Each subscription have different Contents , colouring pictures will be changed monthly? is it possible?
