App rejected on basis of 20.2 guideline [Official rules for sweepstakes...]. Uses IAP, does not give away prizes

As title says, the app I'm writing for a client has been rejected on the basis of thr 20.2 guideline : "Official rules for sweepstakes and contests must be presented in the App and make it clear that Apple is not a sponsor or involved in the activity in any manner. Information Needed " . However, there is no contest or sweepstake. The app simply uses IAP, providing a renewable item. Right now, I'm inclined to just present a disclaimer alert the first time the app opens, but I'm not sure that it is the right way. The app currently runs in a webview. Could this be a reason? I'm thinking they fear that in time the client might add aditional pages with contests or sweepstakes ...
