How to change UIRefreshControl activity indicator position in Swift?

Is there any way to change position of UIRefreshControl activity indicator? Spinner shouldn't be able to move with UITableView which I want to refresh, but should be always at a certain distance from the top of the screen when refreshing starts. It would be helpful even if I can disable default activity indicator, and add a custom, but don't know how to do that, too...
