Accessing parentView of WebView view, from within WebView

Given a webview, is there anything I can do within the webview to trigger reloading the parentView?

For example, given an iFrame, you can execute parent.document.location.reload() and it will reload the 'parent' frame. Is there anything I can execute inside a WebView to trigger this same action in the parentView in an iPhone?
