YouTube API to get list of subscribers of a specified user

I am trying to get a list of all subscribers (ideally email addresses) of a specified user.

For example, if I have a user abc@xyz.com on youtube, can I get the list of email addresses of all users that have subscribed to the user abc@xyz.com's channel?
