web page request fails with LTE enabled on IOS 8

I have an iPhone app that requests web pages, and web services. It won't work on iPhone 6 with IOS 8 unless LTE enabled is off, or I am connected to a WIFI network.

Cellular Data is enabled for my app.

My app works properly with earlier versions of IOS.

Does anyone know what is going on here? or is there a workaround in code.
