When you view this website in Safari on iPhone, the language select option is displayed wrong, that is: the list item is displayed vertically where it should be horizontally.

This originates from the fact that the navigation menu is also a list item that changes from horizontal to vertical for mobile viewports. I've managed to counteract it on every device and browser except Safari on iPhone.

But here comes the weird part. If you change the orientation to landscape and back to portrait, the language selection is displayed horizontally correctly.
