I updated my ipad to the latest version IOS 8.1.3 and also my itunes to the latest version - suddenly after that "itools" and "iphone configuration utility" stopped working.
I tried to reinstall itunes and restart the mobile support service without any success. without itools and phone configuration utility i can't capture logs on my ipad.
- what can i do to fix this issue ??
- is there another tool where i can capture logs and crash logs without using my pc (Windows 7 64 Bit)?
