Iphone App Testing on Windows via Eclipse+Java+Junit etc

I try to find out any solutions,tools,frameworks,ideas to create test scripts in Eclipse on Windows7 for Iphone Apps using Java. For example, I found - M-eux. It looks simply, has extension for eclipse and device manager. But 2600 euros...

I noticed Appium but in the requirements for iOS testing(or something I do not understand): Mac OS X 10.7 or higher

Are there other options? Any low-level implementation examples? I'm at an impasse.
