How to create relative hyperlink for external file in PDF programmatically

I have an image file stored in Documents folder of my ios application. I can create a PDF file programmatically which will also be stored in the same Documents folder. How to create a Relative hyperlink for that image in PDF? In PDF, when clicked on that relative hyperlink i should be able to open that image even if change the parent directory of documents folder.
