Facebook SDK / Handling the case when user says no the first time

I own a Cordova application (hybrid so) working with the Facebook plugin.

A few users asked me:

"why cant' I log in into your app through Facebook?

What I did is to click on "Connect with Facebook" button and nothing happens after accepting the authorization to take my Facebook data.

I just come back to the home screen".

So I ask: "did you accept the Facebook authorization (oauth protocol) at least?"

They answer: "the first time no !... but now I did Ok and nothing... !"

The workaround I advise to users is:

"please go to your iOS Facebook settings, delete your account (delete the iOS Facebook Integration), restart your phone and that's it. Indeed, that workaround works.

However, how to handle this case using the Facebook SDK without the user required to set some settings?
