Exporting into a music streaming service?

I am making an app that make playlists for music. Is there any way I can export a list of songs (metadata: artists and title) into a music streaming service app? iOS please. Bonus points if the answer has music from all over the world.

I thought of using spotify API but I couldn't figure out a way to export the whole playlist, you can only add songs one by one to spotify.

I simply only want to make the playlists in my app, and let another service do the streaming of the songs the app helped the user find.
