Dynamically change text color of UITabbar item

I am developing the app in which I want to change the text colour of UITabBar item dynamically.

Problem :- I am using UITableView in every sub view controller of UITabbarController, In TableView I am showing only list of images so when I am scrolling TableView sometimes the text of TabBar item is not showing properly, Because the background is dark (when image is dark in TableView) So I want that TabBar item text colour Dark when background is light AND light when background is dark. while scrolling the TableView.
