Best way for hosting videos to embed them in an (iOS) app [on hold]

I read different posts on this with with no luck.

I am developing an Iphone app that will allow users to upload a max 30 seconds video. Then the users will be able to watch those videos after.

I already have some problems streaming 1 video sometimes :) I have a basic web hosting with www.ipage.com ...but for 1 video a problem ? that sucks...

What If 1000 users are streaming at the same time ?

What is the best solution to do this and get approved by Apple ?

Remember Users Upload/Stream, I don't upload the videos myself.

I heard about Embedded solutions !! what s the best ?

Basically I am asking for the best solution to host my videos outside my own web server.
