Adding a placeholder frame when choose a picture to crop

I would like to know how to add a custom placeholder frame so the user can crop an image. I have attached what I mean because im finding it hard to explain.

I also attached the default editing style when you set .allowsEditing = true

Im guessing I need to somehow override this and im hoping someone has experience with this issue
