View memory of jailbroken iPhone from Windows [on hold]

I'd like to write a memory editor program that can edit the memory of my jailbroken iPhone. Is this possible if the phone is connected via a usb cable? I'm not sure if we have enough access even on a jailbroken device to do this or not, but if it is possible I'd like to write a C# app to do so.

Any suggestions? (I do not want a memory editor that I run from my iPhone and already know about the limited few out there, so please don't recommend one of them).
