How to follw MVC Pattern in IOS Application

I have developed nearly 5 to 6 IOS application.But i didn't follow MVC patterns in any of the application.If anyone have idea about MVC please give your suggestion.For example in My homeview Controller i have one headerview,footerview and login form.How to follow and write MVC code for this homepage..
