Why is Xcode crashing constantly?

I am unable to run any app on Swift, even blank projects. The moment I open a project, I get a message "swift quit unexpectedly". And on the error logs I see: Swift compile error Command failed due to signal: Segmentation fault: 11

I have no idea how to fix this... any ideas?
