Adding New Table View Row from Separate Detail View UILabel

I have a Table View (TableView1) which pushes detail to a detail view. I want to be able to draw the information on the detail view (UILabel Text and UIImageView Image) and send it to another Table View (TableView2) to create an editable list. I also do not want to add multiple rows of the same information.
